At Unique Therapy, we are dedicated to providing compassionate counseling services to individuals & families struggling with various issues. Our goal is to empower our clients to achieve their personal and professional goals, and to improve their overall quality of life.
Our team of experienced counselors use a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, to help our clients overcome undesired thought patterns and behaviors.
Our providers specialize in a variety of areas, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. We are dedicated to providing personalized care to each client.
Acute and critical life events can impact your level of functioning. With guidance from a trained professional, individualized therapy can help you overcome obstacles to your well-being.
Counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home with both couples at a time that is convenient for you.
Children sometimes need therapy to maintain mental health. They see the world differently than adults and can benefit from therapy. The right time to start may depend on the child’s needs, level of motivation, and the family’s goals.
Sex therapy can help you determine why you are having discomfort or dysfunction and develop strategies that can help you learn to overcome them. We address and manage trauma from your past, exploration of gender identity, orgasm issues, pain during intercourse, chronic infedielity, obsessions and compulsions around pornography, and a myriad of other secrative and shame-based behaviors.
Sex offender treatment promotes offender accountability, and enhances public safety through cognitive-behavioral approaches with relapse prevention components to reduce recidivism. Sex offenders receive services through individual/group sessions in a virtual setting.
Assessment conducted to evaluate the ability of a parent or guardian to provide a safe and nurturing environment for a child. This evaluation will assess risk for overall problematic behaviors and assist in case planning and management.

Evaluation designed to assess an individual's mental health and well-being across various domains. The goal is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the individual's strengths, challenges, and needs, which can inform treatment planning and interventions.
Specialized assessment to evaluate an individual's sexual behaviors, interests, and functioning. This evaluation may involve a series of interviews, questionnaires, and psychological tests to assess various aspects of an individual's sexual development, behavior, and functioning. The evaluation aims to understand the individual's sexual history, attitudes, and behaviors, and may provide valuable information for treatment planning and interventions.
Assessment to evaluate an individual's history of substance use and its impact on their life. This evaluation gathers information about the individual's substance use patterns, history, motivations, and related consequences.
